1. When Is a Refund Available?

  • Eligible returned product approved for refund
  • Incorrect or damaged product received, where a refund is approved
  • Payment successfully deducted but the order was not successfully created

2. Return Approval

Where a return is required, the product may need to be received and inspected before a refund is approved.

The product should satisfy the applicable return conditions, including requirements relating to:

  • Product condition
  • Original tags
  • Packaging
  • Usage
  • Return period

3. Refund Method

Where possible, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed through the original payment method or according to the payment provider’s available refund mechanism.

For other payment methods, we may request appropriate information to process the refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, House of Bollywood will initiate the refund according to the applicable processing timeline.

After initiation, the time taken for the amount to appear in your bank account, card account or payment account may depend on the payment gateway and financial institution.

5. Shipping Charges

6. Failed Payments

If your account has been charged but your order was not successfully created, please contact us with:

  • Transaction reference
  • Date of payment
  • Amount

We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action.

7. Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be initiated.

8. Exchanges

An exchange is different from a refund.

If you request a size or product exchange, the order will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy and stock availability.

9. Refund Not Received

If you have received confirmation that your refund was processed but the amount has not appeared, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

If the issue continues, contact House of Bollywood with your order number and refund reference, if available.
